The title says it all, only time will tell the rest of the story. Great value so far.

I spoke with Dell and they are no longer able to provide power supply replacements for the OptiPlex 790 that I have. I purchased this one and it fit perfectly. I was back up and running in one business day.

In late 2015, I bought a used Dell Optiplex 990 from a recycler for a good price. I actually like these little Dells aside from the custom fan connectors and PSU form factors, but thanks to affordable replacement parts like this Mackertop PSU, this little 990 is still going strong three years after it was recycled for being too old to use. What else is there to say? It works. It'll probably last as long as the machine does, in which case it was a bargain for the price.

Did the trick. Was able to replace my 1 yr old power supply unit with this one and no more trouble turning on my computer and no more errors signaling from the tower. Very happy with product. As long as it lasts. Difficult to install took about an hour, should have taken 10 minutes tops. But I blame the configuration of the tower on that.

This non-Dell PSU worked perfectly. PC booted in Windows 10 no issues. Easier to install then OEM Dell 3wn11 PSU. I recommend this 3rd party PSU over the OEM Dell 3wn11 PSU. Thanks for the great product. Had 2 OEM Dell 3wn11 PSU fail. One after 2 years and the second arrived DOA.
