This product is good and has lessened my nerve pain 75%! And I have only used it a few days! It is a little expensive though!

I am a repeat customer of this product, and find that it greatly benefits the issues I'm having with my nerves in my feet. There's one thing I want to mention in my review, however, which is I find taking one capsule to be very harsh on my digestive system and have had to use a capsule filling kit to divide each capsule into two capsules. By taking this supplement in half-doses, I've been able to eliminate the stomach issues of burping and indigestion, and it is still effective. I still rate the value of this supplement as 5 Stars.

I like this that it has everything in it you need , yes pills are big and you take 3 but if it works it’s worth it , so far I think it’s working I have 2 nerve issues itoothnerve and left back jaw pinch and thigh nerve pain and toes numbing it seems to be helping BUT too soon to tell going to finish the bottle then decide nothing works overnight yes great idea nice product so far, every body’s body is different so it will be different on you , try it can’t know if you don’t try

Works very well my only 2 problems is taking three per day three is a bit strong so I started out with three for three days and then I downgraded to two per day the second thing is your pee will smell strong but don't panic it will be strong and yellowish looking other than that wonderful product glad I found it it helps with the electricity shocks at times now they are very manageable not 100% but I'm in the 90% range good product will recommend.

Perhaps I am one of the few daily pill poppers who experienced an issue taking Nerve Defend OTC supplement. Immediately upon swallowing this product, I experienced a terrible "burning distaste" in my throat. However, I quickly swallowed several anti-acid tabs which relieved the distaste issue. The dosage suggests to take three (3) capsules once a day, with a meal and 8oz glass of water. N.b. I took only one (1) capsule "to give it a try", so my issue was not due to the size of the capsule or the dosage. I believe it could have been one of the ingredients in the capsule that caused my discomfort. I take OTC ALA to help relieve some neuropathy symptoms, so I was hopeful "Nerve Defend" would allow me to take fewer OTC supplements. Thanks

I had been using a name brand product with ALA for over a year, but still had nerve pain in my feet. I've been taking 1 - 2 of these per day, and it's made a big improvement. I don't take one on an empty stomach.

PLEASE BEWARE! PLEASE READ! THE BELOW COULD BE DIE TO OLD PRODUCT. IT'S NOT EXPIRED BUT PRODUCT CAN BE OLD BEFORE BOTTLED AND SOLD. OR SITS ON SELF TOO LONG BEFORE SOLD. Something on the capsule gives you extreme heartburn and weird taste in mouth, throat, esophagus and stomach. I wouldn't advise buying this product because of the immediate side effects. The capsules are huge and coated in something I've never experienced. Do NOT buy or take if you suffer Acid Reflux. I do not but this is horrible and could make your condition worse. I'm returning this product as defective as you should not have severe acid refux occur from any capsule unless it's dangerously coated or substandard in processing. Something is not right with this product. I've order many supplements from Amazon and this is hands down the worst. Plus the cost it too high to experience such distress. You can buy individual ingredients for less and not have this distressing heartburn. There is a weird almost burning sensation in mouth prior to swallowing and an odd odor coming from bottle.
