Linked my Igloo Keybox3 on my caravan first attempt, downloaded update, all in 15mins.

This device coupled with the igloohome padlock is amazing. You can operate the lock from miles away. The biggest drawback is the range of the Bluetooth signal which struggles over just 2 metres here. If you have a 3m wide gate you will have to have the bridge device almost right next to the padlock! A big limitation for me here.

I had constant trouble. I had to return it, even though it was very close to the lock. It often would not connect and would say it was off-line also had excellent Internet and line of sight to router.

Easy to install and use. Our deadbolt was just a bit to old to use together with the bridge (bought 2 years ago), but now we have bought a new one.

This thing is great. Allows me to wirelessly connect to my lock and unlock it from anywhere. Also allows me to setup lock codes - this is a must for anybody that has a short term rental or is a real estate agent. Software is pretty easy to use to connect to various property management apps. There is a glitch that I called the igloo team to fix and they were able to get back to me within a few days. My cottage gets blackouts but this thing still auto connects and works after the power restores which means I dont need to drive up a few hours to manually connect it again

Overall a good product and a great buy.
