Excellent kitchen tool. I use it for pizza dough and it works great. It's well-made, sturdy, and has a good grip. I've tried the less-espensive plastic ones, but they don't begin to compare with this one.

This stainless steel scraper is easy to use. The quality is great. It has not rested at all and we use it for all sorts of different things. Lots of functions.

Nice and sturdy

This is a basic bench scraper/dough cutter. I think the quality is as good as the white handle kind we all know and love, and the added scale (ruler) on the blade actually comes in really handy. The grip is ok, a little slippery. It's great for transferring cut veggies to a pan etc.

Straight to the point, I hope you like the format: overall, love it Pros: - sturdy and effective - very light. very easy to scoop up and transfer food - easy to clean and store Cons: - wish it had some sort of a cover - if you want something heavier or industrial, I wouldn't get this Transparently, I haven't used it to make bread so not sure how sharp the blade is. I know I wouldn't use it to chop any veggies, nut or fruit.

Blade is just right, and it’s well-balanced. Texture and density of the grip makes it a pleasure to use. Recommended.
