Great price and quality. I have pretty bad restless leg syndrome and it was very, very bad when I was pregnant. I started taking these magnesium capsules and using topical magnesium. I noticed a little difference pregnant. But, now 6 months postpartum, I went from having RLS 5+ nights a week to maybe one night a week.

Easy to swallow, no taste. Take at night and it helps sleep. Good value for the price

Deal Supplement’s Magnesium Glycinate has been fantastic for me. That matters to you because I try to keep my magnesium intake high enough that whatever I get from food is extra so I consume a lot of these capsules in one day to keep my intake above 400 mg of elemental magnesium per day regardless of how badly I eat that day. The capsules are fairly small (I would say medium, neither the smallest nor the largest I’ve seen and biased towards the lower end of the scale) and I have never had any trouble with them sticking to the back of my throat or something. I take a lot of them at once before bed and I have never had any problems with my stomach and the absorption is excellent and I know this because otherwise, the magnesium would travel into my intestines in quantity and produce very uncomfortable results —an outcome that HAS NOT happened. Deal Supplement manufactures this supplement in the USA and it is third party tested and that is always very reassuring to me. Ultimately, the important thing is that this is my fifth or sixth bottle, I have lost count. I have lost count because I can afford to keep this supplement in my pantry and stay ahead of the demand —as it were.

This is a good option, good glycinate dose per serving, useful at night to enhance your sleep, capsules easy to swallow and good supply, however I had to stop using it because they don't ship to my address anymore, sad

I didn’t realize that the milligram dosage of pretty much all magnesiums isn’t the actual amount that your body receives until my doctor specified that I needed 400 to 600 mg of elemental magnesium and then I found out that you have to take very large quantities of pills of most magnesiums to get that. This bottle clearly listed the amount that you’re actually going to be using and it was a great price without having to swallow 6 to 10 pills

price was good and works for the purpose i bought them for which was cramping my legs. i take one every day as doctor ordered and no more cramps.
