This was recommended by my ENT surgeon and has made a difference. I was using Nealmed sinus rinse but X-clear has helped to prevent 'crusting' forming, due to the Xylitol content in the rinse solution, which Nealmed wasn't doing.

Arrived on time and in good order. Xylitol and bottle very good and works well.

Water shooter to clear sinuses! My pops feels it's made a difference! Highly recommended this! Uncomfortable at first but I believe you can get use to it after serveral uses.

Best buy for me, cleared a bad sinus infection and nasty smell from my nasal passage that I had for weeks. Seen it on a you tube vid and thought I'd try it and it did the job,when the doctors kept fobbing me off. Brilliant item.

Compared to the Netipot, I found this much better. Gushing up the nose rather than a trickle takes some getting used to, but it clears the nose much better. I love it!

Helps to keep sinuses clear

I bought this when I was searching for things to help me with a sinus infection. The description says that it contains full instructions and when I received it, the box also said that instructions were enclosed but they weren't. I had to search online and watch youtube videos on how to use it and how often as the box gave no instructions. I'm not an idiot, I get the basic idea of what to do but I didn't know how many times a day to use it or if I needed to breathe out through my nose while using it or even if I had to use the whole bottle of water solution at once. I'd never even seen one of these before so giving instructions would have been helpful. I've used this for three days and I don't really know if it's helping or not. The feeling while using it is rather odd. I get the uncomfortable, slightly stinging feeling at the top of my nose, the same as when I get water up my nose while swimming and it just feels odd for quite a while afterwards. Now that I've used it a few times and I'm more used to it, It's easy to do and I'm more used to it but but I can never really say I feel better after using it. Having said all that, I will continue to use it and hope that in some way that it's helping me. It's a great idea and I'm glad I found it and it's well made so it's good to keep in case I need it again.

This salt solution is really good for cleaning out the sinus. Works wonders at night and helps me sleep a lot better. It comes with a lot of packs for a pretty good price. Quite easy to use if you use either their bottle washer or an electric one
