This supplement is supposed to cut down hot flashes and other premenopausal symptoms...however taking these increased my hot flashes greatly, i was having numerous hot flashes per day and as soon as i stopped taking it all symptoms went away. A complete waste of money.

Oh wow. Thank you for this product. I was suffering. Suffering! After a couple of weeks most of my hot flashes and night sweats are gone. And the ones I have are no where near the intensity they were. I would sit at my desk at work and turn my fan on and off constantly. Every five minutes or so...on, then off, then on, then off. The worst were the night sweats. Waking up every couple of hours to throw the covers off only to wake up cold, put them back on and then repeat the process. I get up very early and work two jobs and this was really starting to wear on me. After two weeks I have seen so much improvement and the only change I have made is taking Effisoy. Everyone's body is different and I do not know if this will work for you, but I believe it is worth the price of one bottle to see if it works for you. 2020 update. I stopped taking these as I wanted to see if I was getting better and still needed them. It took a little while, but the hot flashes and night sweats came back. Amazing product!!! I did not have hot flashes, only occasional night sweats. My problems were insomnia, extreme fatigue, irritability, foggy brain and mild depression. I took only natural products like Maca extract, Vitex, primrose oil before; all helped some but when I took Efisoy I could tell a difference the first day. My sleeping was much better the first night. My mood improved, energy level increased and I can exercise more, just like before. I take only half a dose and combine it with all the other natural stuff I am taking mentioned above. It is a game changer for me!!! Absolutely vital!!! have energy now and I sleep so much better.

I am 49 years old and was thrown into surgical menopause after very large cysts were found on both of my ovaries and I was forced to have a complete hysterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy.
