Its my go to for my collagen intake.... I add it to my morning coffee....dont get any side effects, and cant taste it at all which is GREAT! I can see the wonders it does for my skin, hair and nails. I've had lots of compliments by others...and as a woman in my 40s, it's a confident booster!!!. Highly recommended!

Even though it’s meant to have no flavour, I can still taste something. Not pleasant in just water. Next time I will purchase a flavour option.
