Good value suplement
This is a much cheaper option than other capsule-based alternatives, and there seems to be no downside.

Easy to take and good quality
I chose to get some folic acid after a recent blood test showed low levels, and was advised to take them in the longer term to help improve these low scores I had. I’m really pleased with them so far, I've bought a lot of supplements from Now Foods before, and they’ve always been of good quality, so I felt confident choosing these. The tablets are tiny, which makes them incredibly easy to swallow—no issues at all, even if you’re someone who struggles with larger pills. It’s also reassuring that they’re lab-tested and free from gluten and soy - something a lot of people seem intolerant too. Knowing they’re vegan and contain Vitamin B12 is an added bonus too. The tub always comes sealed so you can feel assured there is no way they can be tampered with too. Overall, these folic acid tablets have been easy to take and they were good value for money given how many tablets there is.
