I just had knee surgery and was taking tylenol the first couple of days, but it didn’t do much for the pain. I decided to try this turmeric supplement on the 3rd night just to see if it would make any difference. But when I woke up the next morning, my knee actually felt better. The pain wasn’t gone, but it was more manageable, and the swelling didn’t feel as bad. I wasn’t expecting much, so that surprised me. It’s still early, so I can’t say how it’ll be long term, but so far I can say it’s been helping. I also haven’t noticed any side effects.
