TeamFar 10inch Angel Food Cake Pan, Stainless Steel Cake Pan with Tube, Healthy & Non-toxic, Sturdy & One-Piece, Mirror Finish & Dishwasher Safe

I purchased this pan about a week ago, I couldn’t wait to try it out. I’ll big on making Bundt cakes and pound cakes using the tube pans. My tube aluminum pans were very old, at least 20 years, and as the years went by, no matter what method I used to prevent the cakes from sticking in the pans, they stuck. Sometimes they stuck a little and sometimes a LOT when the entire bottom of the pan had the cake stuck in it. I read the reviews about this pan and decided to give it a try. What caught my eye were the words, non stick and I saw a review and photo of a nice golden brown tube cake. I never bought a stainless steel tube pan before. I must say, I was a little nervous about trying this pan and pretty much paced the floor while it was in the oven. After it was done I let the pan sit on a wire rack for 10 minutes to cool. Then I used another wire rack to hold tightly over the cake and flipped it. When I lifted the pan off the cake I was so happy at what I saw. The cake did not stick at all, it dropped right out the pan, with a nice golden brown color. I did learn along the way that the silver color pans, which is the one I purchased, will give your cakes a nice golden brown color, my old aluminum tube pans gave the cakes that nice golden brown color. I had purchased along the was a couple of tube pans with a dark interior but I didn’t like how dark my cakes were using those pans. Guess it’s a matter of preference. Now, even through it is a non stick pan I STILL USED SHORTING TO GREASE THE PAN AND DUSTED IT LIGHTLY WITH FLOUR. I READ even you’re using a non stick pan you should still grease the pan lightly with vegetable shortening and a dusting of flour. So, nice even baking, golden brown crust, and the cake didn’t stick to the pan. But remember to grease the pan lightly with vegetable shortening and then dust lightly with flour. The entire pan, don’t forget the tube in the middle. As of now, I highly recommend this pan, hopefully it continues to produce beautiful cakes for me. Happy baking!! UPDATE: Here it to December 30th 2023 and this pan still works like a charm! From the day I purchased it, September 13th 2023 to the last cake in made on December 21st 2023, I get the exact same results. The perfect pound cake! .. so, that’s 12 cakes and counting .. I couldn’t be more pleased with this tube cake pan. 1/24/24 received question where someone wanted to know if I knew where these pans are made … I took a photo of the box that I still have with the MADE IN info on it …. Love this pan! Since the bottom isn't removable this is not for Angel or other chiffon cakes but perfect for pound cakes or similar.

It’s very heavy grade material. Browns the cake nicely and good release non-stick. My pound cakes are better than ever!

Wanted a teflon free baking pan and this is perfect! As long as you coat with butter or oil the cake pan is very easy to clean! Cakes have some out perfect! The size is perfect!

Haven’t used it yet, but it looks great and well made.
