Needed adjustment
As shipped, the seat was too stiff for my wife to deal with. I was able to loosen the nuts on the three bolts where the seat hinges and then it worked fine for her. The nuts and Allen wrenches are metric. The nuts are self-locking, so they stay in place even when they are not tight. The rating is after my adjustment.

Read carefully
Probably my own fault, but I didn't realize that the height of the walking stick part was not adjustable. It was too short. There was no return label included.
