I have been using it for nearly 3 months, I like it and the battery holds charge for around 2 weeks with regular usage, the travel case is neat and slick. It is definitly pricey but it gives me a good battery life and cleans the teeth well.

Muy buena calidad y fácil sincronización con la app. El uso es muy sencillo e intuitivo. La limpieza es profunda y desde el primer uso se nota la diferencia con otros cepillos. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

And I love it. Especially the app so I can track my brushing. Only thing I don’t like is if I do not brush with the app open, I get like a glitch where the brush shuts down mid brush…. Not sure if it’s pressure related (bc it will stop if too much pressure is applied)… or if it’s just a programming glitch. Other than that, it a great product.

I am extremely disappointed with the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige Rechargeable Electric Power Toothbrush with SenseIQ. Shortly after purchasing this toothbrush, I encountered a significant issue. When I changed the brush head, something inside the device became loose, causing it to malfunction. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from Amazon, I have not received any help in getting the toothbrush repaired or replaced. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am left with a defective product that I cannot use. Given the high price point of this toothbrush, I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with both Philips and Amazon. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and durable electric toothbrush.
