My friend recommended these to me, she said they taste like caramel dessert from the gu puddings - and she was right!! They are AMAZING. I look forward to runs now simply so I can have this. Doesn’t taste like a gel, literally tastes like gooey caramel.

Nice taste
Really like the tasty, i little bit too sweet but taste amazing the size is perfect, very easy to open which is something very important.

Reliable hit for runners
I find these gels give me a reliable hit when needed and quickly. They are very thick, so you need to be ok with that consistency. I take on small amounts at a time.

Very thick. Not like other Gels
Very thick (like treacle) Not really suitable for mid run fuelling. Drink plenty of water afterwards! Especially to take away the taste of this flavour!
