Review: I bought this as a gift, but before wrapping it had a flick through. The recipes look great, very do-able and with mouth watering photographs. Plenty of veggie options too. I started reading Imad's story, which is interspersed throughout the book, and couldn't stop. What an inspiring and humbling tale, told by a man who loves his family, food, and the country he was forced to leave. It has totally changed my perception of immigration and illegal immigrants. This is a beautiful, well written book and would make a wonderful Christmas present .
