I bought this to help me with what could be a rotator cuff in shoulder and arm until next hospital appointment as the pain is so bad. Well it is nice and tight which I wanted to support my Thor arm, but sadly a little too tight as it cut of all circulation causing my hand to swell. I had to take it off, but the support was excellent

Good support but comes up small
Very small for a medium, definitely not a medium for adults. Will have to purchase another arm support from somewhere else which fits. However the support would have been good if it was true to size.
