Compared to other much cheaper ones, this picks up v little dirt and has a short battery life. V expensive and does not work well .

This pool cleaner works brilliantly! Easy to use & does the job. Much better than the old one on a hose!

I had high hopes for this product having read the reviews and feel a bit let down. On the plus side the product arrived a lot quicker than expected.I put the robot into the pool and once it had finished I could still see dirt on the bottom. I then got out my cheap handheld gadget (that I had wanted the robot to replace) and it picked up about 50x as much silt from the bottom.

Very disappointed

The media could not be loaded. Arrived yesterday. Took just over an hour to get to full charge. Had deliberately left bottom of pool to get a bit manky for the last couple of weeks. I set "Ray" loose in the pool and I was really impressed. The basket for the debris is a very good size and Ray cleaned majority of pool in an hour or so before running out of steam.Ray was expensive, but I am impressed and if he can keep up the good work in the future, I would say he is a very worthwhile buy.May even be able to make some cash renting him out - family with pools are all most impressed too!

This product came with only an EU plug. I had to obtain an adaptor to be able to charge it. This was disappointing as the product has the guide in English and I bought it on Amazon.co.uk so would have expected a UK plug.
