This is one of the lower cost options for this type of supplement. It dissolves well in most beverages especially warm ones. It has a mild taste as long as you follow the instructions - the more you add, the more you notice the mushroom taste.

Mushrooms are ADAPTOGENS, meaning that they're beneficial for the whole body, but have a particular area of expertise. This is almost tasteless, so many of my clients who are children do fine, putting a little bit in a spoon and pouring it into their mouth and having some water. This mushroom product can actually cause lung problems. I had coughing issues caused by a stroke and after a few weeks of taking tiger milk mushrooms I began having excess fluid buildup in my lungs especially at night. I would say that if you have trouble with coughing caused by smoking or colpd then this may possibly help, but in my case it made things worse.

I've been using this for two months and I do feel a difference in my breath work. I will continue to use it.

I recently started using it. I mix it in water, but it doesn’t dissolve well. It seems to be working, but time will tell.
