18-Inch Enameled Steel Paella Pan, 46cm

Beautiful, excellent and great paella pan!

Good size for making paella. It's easy to clean and works well.

My first attempt at paella using this pan (and Bomba rice) was a huge hit with the family. I used 4 cups of rice and >3 lbs. of seafood, plus chicken thighs. The pan was full (see picture) and the recipe yielded at least 10 servings. The pan fit perfectly on the grill, and we left it there to serve directly from the grill. The pan was easy to clean up afterwards, and the food didn't stick to it. It's a truly beautiful dish to prepare and serve, and the pan made it easy and elegant. I foresee this becoming a party favorite in my repertoire of recipes.

This is a regular enameled steel paella, and it works as expected. In other words, if you are careful and know how to use it, it is a great product. I have been using mine for several months and it is in the same condition than the first day or better. It is also very easy to clean, and the heat distribution is as it has to be (you need to master the fire a little bit, but it is relatively easy). And it is important that you are very careful to avoid breaking the enamel (for example, be careful to not drop the paella).

I made paella for the first time and decided to get this pan. First I will say I absolutely love this pan the size was much bigger than I thought it would be. For that I would really recommend that you have two really big burners, a big middle burner, a grill, or an actual the actual outdoor paella cooker that I’ve seen. I consistently rotate the pan to make sure everything was cooking evenly. For this reason it definitely took me a little bit longer to cook. Easy clean up.

This is the second pan I have purchased. First one was great. This one came with enamel missing around top and side near handles. Will have to be careful nothing flakes into food. Not sure what I am going to do because I need to use pan in 2 days so don’t have time to obtain a replacement. Other than this, the pan is well made and cleans easily. I use it for catering to hold hot food instead of chafing dishes. Holds quite a bit of food.

The pan is great for serving huge parties. This pan took up all 4 burners on my stove. While it's easy to clean and maintain, the package did not come with Care instructions and recipes as described in the product description. Took away a star for that.

I used this twice over an open fire with friends. The enamel allows for easy cleaning. There was plenty of food for 9 people with leftovers. Hosting a Paella party is great entertainment around a campfire. Everyone had a part in the meal and loved watching it cook. It was nice to make the meal with the guests -- you don't have to miss out on the fun.

Se siente muy fuerte y duradera

Paëlla conforme à la designation. Taille parfaite pour 12, voir un peu plus. Bonne qualité, aliments un peu collés à la cuisson mais se nettoie bien.
