Great little wand
My wand worked perfectly, easy to use and assemble, no problems with the gas or light. After one use I can already see it working It uses Argon gas which is helpful for acne and I will be using this instead of any creams or patches from now on as it does such a great job It’s exactly the same as used in a Guinot Hydradermie treatment Start on a very low setting as it can get uncomfortable Fabulous. Really really pleased

Faulty - didnt switch on
Followed all the instructions and troubleshooting guide and the device just never switched on. Having to return for a refund which is very frustrating. UPDATE. Seller messaged me and kindly offered to send me a replacement even though I'd already returned the faulty one and had a refund. Fab customer service and my new device is working well.

Great for facials
This product works great, would highly recommend using products with it as it helps to absorb them deeper into the skin. Great stuff, thanks. (I use oxygenating cream.)

Very Happy with my Order
I’m so happy I bought my high frequency wand from this seller. I received a faulty tube and the seller offered to send me out a new set, free of charge, right away. I am very happy with my wand. It works great. It goes up to a very high strength. I’ve only used it a few times and I’m seeing a slight decrease in my break outs already. I can’t wait to continue using it!

Terrible, stopped working after second use, and was after the return window as was for a present. Don’t buy this

Good product
Purple gas is emitted, and I notice that my hair remains smoother. When I apply it to my face and scalp, I feel clearer. They mentioned that the product will last until it is broken.

I bought the purple wand set after already having the orange one. I am very impressed with both. I use the purple to help skin blemishes and the orange for overall skin toning. I am so happy I found this product. I recommend to all first time users to check out some social media videos on how to use best.helped me a lot to get the most out of it. I love the feel on my skin and after only 2 uses see a difference already. Lovelovelove
