I got a brand new set with a 1 year warranty. Google apps are working fine with the google box app. Battery seems to be fine too.

I ordered this phone and the iphone15, but returned the iphone. There is no comparison. The picture and video quality is out of this world. All android apps run with Gbox. Once you install that your phone can run all android apps seamlessly. Harmony OS is matchless in terms of ease of use and intuitivity

what i like is i got before deadline surprisingly. The bad thing is it was dusty from back camera and the battery was dead. like there was not enough battery to make it on. this feedback is only to help you make it more improvement. thanks! will give one more review after using handset.

It came sealed and original, but there is no earbuds/earphones as described only a charger, silicone case cover and a screen protector already attached the phone's screen. 3 months update: If you use Google services a lot then Huawei is not for you. My major problem with this phone is that most of the apps doesn't work properly especially google apps. I don't receive push notifications, the only app that I get notifications from is Snapchat. I talked to their customer service and tried to find a solution but there is none. The things I like about this phone: 1- Battery It can last up to 30 hours and if you're using data it will last around 24-26 hours. 2- Charging time It have 2 types of charging, Fast charging and Turbo charging which takes around 20 mins or less to charge. 2- Camera (Aperture mode) I love this mode so much. It capture very beautiful photos with a blurry background. 4- Pictures/Videos editing Things I hate: 1- No push notifications from certain apps 2- People can't hear me properly on speaker during a call. 3- No latest emojis 4- Can't pause Youtube videos (because it's a Google app)

Suddenly it overhaet even there is no open app or standdby app.

unique design, cameras and color. with 512 gb memory it is computer with hardesk!! maximum memory i had on phone was 256 gb. this phone looks unique so difficult to find good quality protection covers. also it required extra soft ware to be downloaded to activate google, then everything will be fine as it wasn't huawei and enjoy the power of huawei. plus battery last long really until recharge.

phone is a good 8/10 spec wise but the only deal breaker is playstore support, despite gbox the apps aren't smooth, insta, fb, Adobe etc crashes every time.

Its a really nice device,especially the orange color,but im comfortable with it even without direct google. And de camera is amazing.

مافيه جوجل ولا يمكن انك تحاول تعمل فيه اي طريقه لتوصل جوجل او الخرائط جوجل ولكن ياخسارة كل شب تمام للامانه ولكن هذا عيبه لاتفكري... انه كلام وبس جد والله ولا تفكري انك تقول اشتريه واحاول.... للامانه ماينفع تشتروه رغم جماله وجمال جودة العمل اذا تبينه خليه خزينة صور وبس.

it is very hard to used since there is no android. many common aps not working without 3rd application.it is my last Huawei
