Bad Moms [DVD] [2017]

If ever I need a good laugh, this is the film for me 😂😂

Bad Moms follows Amy (Mila Kunis), a married mother of two who, after finding her husband in a compromising position finds herself needing, quite desperately, a break from trying to be the perfect mother.With free-spirited pal, Carla (Kathryn Hahn) and new timid friend, Kiki (Kristen Bell), Amy gets her party on, drinks a huge amount and starts dating the sexy widower.The only trouble is, with this new attitude and some exceptionally cheap wine on the go, Amy’s getting herself a bit of a reputation with the head of the PTA, the wonderfully catty Christina Applegate, who is looking increasingly like Stockard Channing (Rizzo from Grease) - is it just me?Fabulous. Quite a lot of swearing and some bedroom-talk but it’s pretty damn joyous.Also, there’s a bit at the very end where the cast and their mothers are interviewed together and it’s really heartwarming.

This film was great. It's daft, satirical and ultimately has a good message. Even the villains have redemption at the end. Perfect if you want to watch a film that doesn't require too much thought on the surface but has salient points underneath, and makes you feel good about women. It completely tackles the extreme pressure on women to have it all - be a perfect mum, hold down a career, and most importantly, never, ever crack under pressure, with a few topical jokes thrown in. This film seems to be aligned perfectly with my world view, is funny, well acted and made me want to give my mum a hug and go for lunch with her immediately.It's true, the men don't feature much in the film except for character development for the women, but we've been used to that for ages so it's to see the tables turned for once. I'm in the middle of studying for exams and it made me happy.

In part I think because of seeing the Christmas one first. This first film is very good, and is likely to resonate more with Moms, whereas I think the dynamics of the Christmas film make that resonate more with adult daughters. Both great fun though, and stand up to repeat viewings.

It's sad that this film was hyped as speaking to all the over-worked over-judged mums out there. It's unoriginal and hacky in the same way The Hangover or Horrible Bosses was. Basically Bad Moms in the female version of those stinking lowest common denominator films. However, there are some sweet moments, and I even laughed out loud at some of the physical comedy. Please though hollywood! Write better films about women! Give us a chance to have our Swingers or Made or Superbads. Rant over.

Muy buena pelicula

This is a great movie, very funny 😁. Great actresses. Watch the deleted scenes and gag reels at the end. They are funny also. Tim

After a slow start the wackiness takes over...so many really funny moments...lots of familiar faces in this movie. Worth the price...

Muy divertida película! Tal cual dice la descripción, no incluye doblaje al español, solo subtítulos, lo que me decepcionó un poco. Aun así le doy 5 estrellas porque se me hizo muy chistosa y la entrega fue rapidísima.

Un jour, une femme au foyer parfaite décide d'envoyer balader toutes les injonctions de la société à être une bonne mère et une bonne épouse et se met en tête de profiter un peu de la vie, aidée par deux autres mamans rencontrées à l'école : une nymphomane et une coincée. Ensemble, toutes les trois vont faire des étincelles.Un film réjouissant ! C'est jouissif de voir des "mauvaises mères" s'enjailler un peu sans s'encombrer de se demander ce que leurs enfants vont penser d'elles. À voir absolument !
