Good gift for beginners
The first selection of episodes from the highly successful Batman Aninated Series. This dvd has 4 episodes, which if you haven’t seen the series in years and would like a taster this would then be ideal. I purchased this for a friend who hadn’t seen the series when it was on originally and after seeing these episodes wanted more.

misleading certifcate rating not a 'U'
The picture on the Amazon web site of the DVD is misleading as it supposedly has a 'U' certificate but when I received the DVD it was a PG certificate, not appropriate for my four year old.

batman mad
brought this for my grandson age 3 as he is batman crazy , within 15 mins of him arrivingat mine , he wanted it on , played it 1, 2, 3, yes youve guessed it was playing all day . money well spent , trouble is , may have to buy again as am scared what will happen if it stopped playing , oh dear

Great episodes with original sense of humour
These animated cartoons are fabulous and my boys just love watching them. They find it hilarious and are constantly playing Batman and Robin. I remember watching the original series years ago and my boys are now coming out with the same great jokes.....What does batman's mummy say when he needs to come in for his tea?.....Dinner, dinner, dinner, dinner,dinner, dinner, dinner, dinner Batman!!!

Legend is the right word
Possibly the best ever depiction of Batman to ever grace the screen- brilliant animation, the style of artwork is great and even after a very long period the episodes haven't dated. Also, on a random note, the voice of Robin is also the guy who provides the voice of Fry in "Futerama" which amused my brother and I greatly! LOL
