Easy to use works very well so far, we have done about 3 dozen mugs. Left settings that it came with, worked fine. Good item and affordable price.

I use this mug press for my small business. It is easy to use, heats up fast and delivers consistent results. I like that is auto closes and opens. There’s a short alert to let you know when your mug is half way done. It also has auto shut off which is nice, just incase I forget to turn it off.

I really love this mug heat press. The only thing I was nervous about, it is a tight fit for 15oz mugs. However, it still did a good job. In my opinion, I think this heat press would be good for beginners to start with before buying the experience mug press.

First let me just say I was eventually able to get good results but I ruined 5 mugs before I figured out the settings and even then I can't rely on the automatic modes. Both the manual and the bottom of the unit state that the timer can be set to 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100 seconds however this is not even close to correct. My mugs called for 80 seconds so I left it on the default setting which should have already been 80 seconds. I did not time my first attempt but it probably took closer to 500+ seconds. I knew something was up with the time but decided to trust the machine as many people said the default setting worked great. This first attempt was very overcooked and came out with really bad bleeding due to the time. I had to turn the timer to it's lowest setting which, when I timed it, still came out to about 250 seconds. This was still too much so in the end, to get good results, I have just started opening it when it chimes about halfway through. I also found that the pressure is pretty uneven so to prevent a blurry image on the top I have to make sure the paper is taped down really well before I start the process. All of my attempts were on 11oz mugs so this is unrelated to the issue that some people have mentioned with 15oz mugs not sublimating towards the top. I wouldn't give it zero stars even if I could because it at least does a passable job getting close to the handle. I will probably just keep this one and work around it's issues but I could never recommend it to anyone.

Only negative is No instructions

I wanted to get a cricut mug press but it was so expensive. I saw this and decided to buy it instead. Honestly, it works great! I’ve used it a few times but only on mugs. I do plan to try it out with metal tumblers and perhaps glass when I’m more adventurous.
