I bought this red light therapy torch mainly for convenience. I already use a larger panel at home, but wanted something I could throw in my bag for when I’m at the gym or traveling, and this little device does the trick. What I love most is how portable and lightweight it is. It takes up no space and charges quickly. I’ve used it on my wrist and shoulder after workouts, and it gives a nice, gentle warmth without getting too hot. You can tell it’s doing something because it helps reduce that tight, sore feeling I get from training. I’ve also started using it on my face for a couple of minutes before bed. Too soon to tell with skin results, but the ease of use makes it super easy to stay consistent, which was hard with bulkier devices. If you’re always on the move or don’t have the space for big therapy panels, this is a great alternative. It’s simple, feels high quality, and does what it promises.

I purchased this product to help with fine lines, joint paint, and wound healing. I've been consistently using the product for a few weeks and haven't noticed any significant changes in my fine lines and joint pain. However, I have a cartilage piercing that refuses to heal after a year. I've been using the red light every night, and the swelling/irritation has reduced, and it’s starting to scab up.

This seems to work well with zits. I dont know about wrinkles though yet or blemishes. Time will tell. it is FSA approved an that made the purchase easier.

User friendly and lightweight!

The batteries don’t hold much of a charge. They are rechargeable but fizzle out after 2-3 uses. I’m thinking I can buy a higher quality battery to get some better use. The On-off button stopped working. This is an incredibly cheap rip-off product packaged to look like a quality product.
