This doesn't have me going to the bathroom, didn't regulate anything except how much water I tried to drink afterwards to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. Tried to mix it in a smoothie to mask the flavor, that didn't work. And man let me tell you that taste stays in your mouth all morning I swear. This stuff is a gimmick, straight joke. We really buy whatever social media tells us to huh. (Slaps forehead)

Terrible product. First of all, it’s only 4.2oz. But more importantly, when it arrived, the can the powder is in was slightly dented, but the powder itself was rock hard and there was almost none of it in the can. Totally inedible. I am throwing it away. Amazon was great about giving me a credit for it however, but I recommend avoiding this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m disappointed! I received this a few weeks ago. I finally got me head focused on starting this. The lid to the can was difficult to remove. Tapping and twisting numerous times. Once upended I could see the product & attempted to scoop up some powder on my spoon. The powder was very hard. Card inside was stuck in powder. I don’t want to use this product. Now I’m disgusted that this item says its not returnable. I do not recommend this product

This product is supposed to be a powder. It was so old that the powder has turned into a hardened, cement like substance that is unusable. And worse, AMAZON will not refund my money!!! Total rip-off. I won't be buying vitamins from Amazon any longer!

let me start off by saying that i have been taking this product daily for a full month now. i wanted to try and test it before leaving a review. in my honest opinion, this product has TRANSFORMED my daily life. i wake up looking forward to drinking these! i have noticed a change in my body, my habits, my mental state. the flavor is so good; i like to drink it mixed with water, and i've also found that adding a little lime or lemon makes the flavor POP! the ONLY con is that the powder doesn't mix perfectly well. there are little clumps at the bottom of my cup that i have not been able to mix, but in comparison to all the PROS it really doesn't matter. knowing this, i would still buy these again in a heartbeat :)! i am so grateful to have tried this because i genuinely believe i have seen significant changes in my life. i'm so excited to try some of the other powders and live their benefits!

Need a zero star, Hard as a rock, hard to get out of the container, would not purchase again, tried getting answers if this is normal and it sound like it is, so not worth my money and unfortunately it’s not returnable. See pic the rest is a sold chuck and won’t come out of the container. It was suggested to me to use a pestal to break it up, not thank you! it shouldn’t be that way, is it even safe to consume if I could ?

The product is unuseable. The powder is hard as a rock and cant be broken done, so unable to use. Is it possible to get a refund please. Thank you.
