The product is not working After 20 days from delivery it’s awful add to the fact that the return window is closed after 18 October

Just tested it now. I owned an asobu cold brew maker as well and if compare this- im blown away! Pros: - cleaner filtration, no residue mixed in so no need of filtering again - fast and really convenient! As far as I know and taste, doesnt have difference. Instant! - prevents "fermentation" of coffee due to long hours- because problem with slow cold brew im letting it in my room which isnt temp regulated - usb rechargeable and cord looks like a typical smart watch charger which can be replaced. Can be charged with powerbank Cons: - small container, 200-340ml, small quantity, good only for one serve but really not a problem since its instant - came with lid- just fyi its not airtight, can still spill with shaking Further advise: - dont wash the main unit and treat it differently with the rest. The problem with other people maybe they wash it together with other parts. Its stated in the manual - doesnt come with travel bag even if its one selling point is in the go. - get extended warranty from amazon if in doubt but i think they offer 2 yrs manufacturer warranty - doesnt have much youtube reviews for taste difference or an expert point of view despite being revolutionary I totally enjoyed this and really an additional tool with my coffee addiction!
