Long lasting, natural results. I use this product every 4-7 washes, depending on how much coverage I need for certain events. I'm 39 years old and have long, naturally dark brown hair with a few grays here and there. I do get my hair colored using a 2N solution about twice a year. This product is used in between those salon treatments to cover my roots and leaves my hair shiny with saturated, natural looking color. How to use: 1. Shampoo hair as normal and rinse. 2. Apply Kilomets, concentrating on the roots. 3. Clip hair up out of your face and let sit for 10-20 minutes. 4. Rinse. 5. Condition as normal and you're done! Love love love!

This product is simple to use with AMAZING results. I had some gray hairs that I wanted to dye. I have actually tried a few products on Amazon that stated their product work. MMMMMMMMMMM, not really. BUT this product actually does work. I co-wash and towel dried my hair then apply as instructed. It started working in 5 minutes, but I did let it stay on for 20 minutes since the instructions did state the longer it stays on the more the product adhere to the hair strands. As soon as I wash it out, ALL the gray was gone. It has almost been a week since I applied the product. I will see how long before the gray reappears. 10/12/2023: UPDATE: Just wanted to update any potential buyers of this product. The coverage lasted for about 7 weeks for me before I started to see my grey reappearing. So, the $19 for this product is worth the money. I just purchased it again.

so far I have purchased one dark brown for me, one of my friends got 3 other friends got 3 and my husband purchased 2 for my sister in Dominican Republic all black. working good and easy. I update because I just try before my regular shampoo and it is work perfectly. the dark brown go out faster than black and it is take longer to work

I’ve been using this product for several years and love the results I get with it. I find it very easy to use and covers my grey very well. But the problem I’m having is that every time I buy a bottle of black shampoo it turns out to be dark brown when I dispense it. I can’t find a customer service number to report this problem. Would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue.

This product seems to have some lies about its ingredients. There is some kind of oily dye that you literally cannot ever get out of your hair. Color Remover? Nope. An hour of beauty supply high quality bleach? Nope. My hair is still a dark red. This “shampoo” must have henna in it, because it has changed my hair to behave like hair dyed with Henna and it didn’t fade even a little in 3 months of daily shampoos. That’s kind of nuts! I’ve also experienced significant hair loss and hair breakage (before the color remover and bleach), to the point I’m now self conscious and this is the thinnest my hair has ever been. Whatever this mystery “shampoo” is, I don’t think it’s worth the risk of whatever the ingredients are. Save your hair and don’t buy this. I’m stuck waiting for my hair to grow out. Also, I know it’s normal to need more than one bleach session to lift from black to a much lighter color, but it didn’t even turn my hair the expected orange. It’s a deep red, which at least looks ok, but the way this product changed my hair is scary. I used a red silicone kitchen spatula the first time I used it, to mix per the instructions. 3 months later and I have scrubbed that spatula many times and ran it through the dishwasher many times and it’s still just as stained as it was the night I used it. I noticed that first night, the spatula had an oily thick texture of something on it- makes me wonder what the heck is really in this shampoo? I don’t think it’s safe, and the ingredients aren’t truly listed anywhere. And this from the listing-“ The hair coloring shampoo only hangs on to the surface of the hair shell and will fade after several washes, usually 3-4 weeks- which is safer for your hair, skin and even the environment”, is a complete lie. You’ll be stuck with ruined hair.

I'm having a hard time reviewing this hair color. It is affordable, it's a beautiful color, it covered perfectly, and it is easy to use. BUT IT DOESN'T WASH OUT, which is a disaster for me. I thought it was a temporary color that would wash out after a few washes. That's what's stated in the description. I applied it 2 months ago, and it's still there!! I tried 2 types of hair dye remover, but they didnt budge the color. I'll try another type of dye remover in hopes that it will remove this dye. I had planned to use it occassionally, but now that I know that I'm stuck with this color, I won't use it again, and there's a LOT left in the bottle.
