OK, so I am 69 and this is the most amazing toothbrush I have ever had in my life in the mouthwash not only refreshes your gums, but also calms any irritation and just make your entire mouth feel amazing. I was totally skeptical, but I don’t think I will ever get any other toothbrush in my remaining years and or white mouthwash.!!! totally amazing!!

This is a good product - recommended to me by a friend - it helps with oral hygiene - the mouthwash is Coco mint which is a cool taste for the mouth - I should have purchased the tongue scraping - as I heard that is a good thing to do. Recommend.

After one use my gums already looked less puffy, less red, and healthier. I use this religiously now and my gums look and feel great.

As someone who’s all about essential oils and natural remedies, I was pumped to try Guru Nanda Oil Pulling Rinse. I’ve heard all the buzz about oil pulling, and I was ready to see if it could live up to the hype. What I Liked: Fresh Mouth Vibes: After using it, my mouth feels so fresh, like I’ve just had a professional teeth cleaning. Seriously, I’m tempted to tell people I just got a dental appointment. The breath-freshening effect lasts too, so no complaints there. Natural Goodness: I love the use of essential oils here. It feels much better than using those harsh, chemical-filled mouthwashes that make your mouth feel like a science experiment. What Could Be Better: Thick as Cough Syrup: This rinse is thick. I mean thick. I’m talking “you could almost pour it on pancakes” thick. The instructions say to swish for 10 minutes, but after two minutes, I’m just staring at the clock wondering how much longer my jaw can take. I’m working on building up to the full 10-minute routine (you know, baby steps), but for now, I’m more of a 2-3 minute person with this stuff. If you’re someone who can handle thick textures and has jaw endurance, though, more power to you! Watch Out for Stains: They tell you to brush your teeth immediately after using this to avoid stains. I get it. But now I’m paranoid about accidentally spilling it on my favorite white shirt. I’ve avoided wearing anything remotely "not dark" since starting this. It’s like an adult version of "don’t spill the juice." Cost = Expensive Mouthwash: If you use the recommended 10-15ml daily, this bottle’s going to disappear faster than my kids’ candy on Halloween. I’m already thinking I’ll barely get a month’s use out of it, which kind of stings when I’m adding it up. This could definitely be an expensive habit if you follow the instructions to a T. Final Thoughts: While I’m not sure I’ll ever get the full 10-minute swish down (unless I start training for jaw endurance), this product does leave my mouth feeling fantastic. It’s a great freshen-upper for a quick oral cleanse, but the thickness and the cost might make it something I use sparingly rather than daily. If you're someone who loves natural remedies, doesn’t mind the occasional expense, and is willing to work your way up to the full 10 minutes, I think you'll love this! For me, though, I’ll probably stick to regular mouthwash most of the time. Still, it’s a solid product if you’ve got the patience and the budget!

I love the oil pulling and found that it certainly helps my teeth and the items included: floss sticks, tongue cleaners and brush are a great addition. This is my second time ordering. Thanks for a great product.

I loved the results I got from using this pulling oil, but unfortunately, I will not be buying again. The cover leaked so bad every time that I had to keep the bottle sitting in a bowl to keep the oil from leaking all over my bathroom counter. I would buy from this brand again if they sold individual packets.

I love this GuruNanda brand especially this oil pulling mouthwash. My teeth look whiter and my mouth feels refreshed. When my friends and family start complimenting me and asking if I am getting my teeth whitened you know this product is bomb. I buy this product on repeat on amazon and Walmart. I start to panic when I running low on supplies. It really works and I am impressed. I don’t get impressed easily. This product does what it says it does I can guarantee that. I wish I had taken before and after pictures.

It’s only been 4–5 sessions, yet I already notice a difference. My mouth feels lighter, fresher, and cleaner throughout the day. If time permits, I may shift to doing it daily, but even alternating days feels effective. An amazing product that makes oil pulling even more enjoyable and effective. Highly recommended!
