Love this product. I don't even know if the product claims to increase your energy but I definitely feel an energy boost when I use this.

In taking this product it has improved my digestive system. There is no bloating or heavy feeling after eating. I will continue to see if there is great improvement. Yes it is costly but it worth.

so there are some benefits behind upping your intake of polyphenols however, it’s best to keep a balance between free radicals and antioxidants whether that’s endogenously through fasting, ice baths, exercise etc or via supplementation. it’s essential to have some form of free radicals. however, i have read into pendulum’s preface onto their polyphenols supplement and it states 70% proanthocyanidins rather than the 95%. which one is true? not sure but it’s still a good amount. however, this could have been a mistake but hope it’s not false marketing. we deal with that often more enough than we’d like from other supplement companies. pendulum has great potential to be a great supplement company and already is. hope they can keep high quality and verified supplements

I've found that with all Pendulums products, you have to give it time to help repair the problems that badly processed food, poisoned air, etc have created over many years of living. Just take it a few months, then take a look at the results.
