I have always taken Vitamin C as I believe it helps me prevent colds. So in the past I have been taking what I thought was Vit..C but found out that ascorbic acid isn't found anywhere in nature and it's made in a lab. I try to eat really healthy so why would I want to take a fake vitamin c pill? I am always reading labels and am looking for the best possible supplement. When I clicked on Mega First Compex C, I was impressed with all the ingredients. First of all, it is certified non-gmo, organic and gluten free (three are very important to me); it's also soy & dairy free. The vitamin C complex blend comes from all organic amia fruit, rosehips, green pepper, orange peel, whole oranges, blueberry & cranberry. The four "other" ingredients are brown rice, plant cellulose, vegetable lubricant and silica. I've been taking this for about one month and I haven't had any colds. I am very happy with this supplement and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for organic vitamin C and it's also made in New Hampshire.

They are big but they work well. Iron seems to be absorbing better. Switched from Mary Ruth's gummies to this to save money. I take it with the blood builder in the same brand. Works like a charm.
