I was a bit skeptical about this purchase but man am I glad I got it. I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis 8yrs ago & had a fusion done between C6 & C7. A little over a month ago I came down with severe pain under my neck & left shoulder/arm & numbness. I began chiropractic therapy weekly, doing my PT exercises, using this device & above all things, A LOT of prayer. I didn't want to go through surgery again. Thank God for answered prayers 1st of all & then the use of this device, I'm completely healed & my CT-scan came back with my neck looking normal, no bulging discs, no spurs pinching the spinal cord & all nerve routes wide open. I chose this particular device for its heating ability along with the magnetic pressure points. It definitely helped release pressure on my neck. This along with neck muscle strengthening exercises can be really helpful. The device releases the pressure & the exercises help add the needed strength to support the weight of the head. Exercises are a MUST. And above all, pray.. It doesn't cost anything! :)

The power kept going off when pressure is applied on the pilliw. Sometimes it work, but most time not. This made the usage experience unpleasant as I have to keep trying to get the heater working.

I've had a lot of trouble with my neck since having a whiplash several years ago. This works very well for me. The support of the curve has some flexibility at the base which allows me to find the best comfort position. The heat is nice but does get a little bit hot when up against bare skin. I have used a t-shirt or wash cloth to protect my skin from direct contact. That solves the problem for me. I can do gentle stretches on my neck side to side while using it and feel better every time I use it. I have had to go to the chiropractor much less since getting and using this. I use it 2 - 3 times a week for about 15 minutes, it is a very good device to keep my neck feeling good. Definitely would recommend.

I have been extremely stressed causing a lot of tension in my neck and upper back. I have used this just a few times and noticed it significantly decreases the tension. It gets really hot too, so I set it on medium. Perfect to use right before you go to bed or when you need a good stretch.
