the glass has some rough spots on it - not sure if on purpose so it will not slip out of ur hand if damp from sweating - kept & didn't return & like the color

Very useful. This is my 2nd one, first broke in sink after 18 mos, so not too thick/sturdy. This was $3 more than the first, so maybe not worth it. But pretty water jug.
