Well-built tub faucet for a 100+ year old cast iron tub. Extended mounts were needed and 20% discount 'offer' didn't happen as there is no direct contact info for seller / company. I could have cobbled without them, but VERY NEEDED to do it right. I'm concerned that the matte black finish is fragile as upon install I found black on towel using a barrier coating. Best product value I've found, will update only if I see issues...

So this faucet was worth the money for sure! Especially with the width adjustment that it offered that many others didn’t! My tub holes are narrow and I had a hard time finding a faucet at a reasonable price with the right distance! After reading some reviews I did do a little tweaking and extra securing to a few areas to ensure it wouldn’t leak or break upon installation and I haven’t had any issues with it as far as that goes! As you can see from the pictures, I really need the long extension arms because with it being mounted to my tub, the spout sits way too low into the tub leaving lots of “wasted” space where water should go and it gets hidden sitting down that low in the tub! Which is sad!! Only other “issue” I had with installing this was how this mounts to the tub where the water lines connect… the faucet end is too short, I managed to make it work but it took a lot of anxiety and cuss words to get it to mount up without having to buy extra parts. But over all it’s been installed for about 5 months and gets used quite a lot and I haven’t had any issues thus far! I am super pleased and happy with the outcome! If I get the extension arms I will update my review with better pictures to show just how gorgeous this can be in the right bathroom!

High quality product for the price. Super easy to install with great instructions. So far very happy overall. Was worried it’d be low quality due to the price. We replaced a 20 year old fixture that was leaking due to aged valves. Make sure you order the correct one for you I got the Clawtub version which mounts to the tub itself. There are various installation types.

Bronze coloring is very nicely done,light weight , great quality product no leaks no missing or loose parts hot and cold size work great and very sturdy when mounted very nice

It was beautiful and sturdy and I was thrilled until after insallation when I found it had defective parts. Pin holes in the casting of the inside elbow of one of the swing arms ejected several tiny but forceful streams of water out the back of the unit. I emailed the company and they agreed to send replacement parts. They even sent a picture of them in chrome finish so I knew what to expect. This was all done in a very timely fashion and, so far, was business as usual and not a problem. Then, when the parts arrived, they were the WRONG finish. They sent BLACK replacement parts instead of chrome. We have been emailing back and forth and it seems they don't understand (?) that they sent the wrong parts, haven't acknowleged that fact inspite of more pictures I sent, haven't agreed to correct the problem, and insist they already sent the parts. As days pass, I expect less and less from this company. I understand mistakes can be made but I expected better customer service and not a runaround. How silly of me. I am really not surprised, all things considered. So, if you order this item, MAYBE you will not get a defective unit, and if you do and you try to get replacement parts, MAYBE you will get the right ones, and if you don't, MAYBE they will correct their mistake...............so my question remains: do you feel lucky? Well, DO YA?
