Ordered this in the evening and next morning I received an email with the design already drawn up, offering me a choice of 3 fonts. I chose the one I liked best, and asked if the butterflies in the design could be changed to hearts. Next day I received a further email saying this was no problem. 2 days later my quote arrived. I was very impressed with the quality considering the price I paid. The only thing I could fault is that there were no instructions, so if you haven't done this before you would need to research how to put it up. We knew how to do it, so it wasn't a problem for us. It looks great up and I am really pleased with it. Would definitely buy from here again. Love that you can choose what you want printed rather than having to buy something already made up.

I'm not gunna lie,,,,but I was very sceptical about the vinyl wall art turning out well. As it arrived with so many creases nd bubbles in it that I really thought it wouldn't come out tidy on the wall. But with patience and determination I attached it to the wall brilliantly nd no creases or bubbles were noticeable in the finished product. Ive had vinyl stickers before and know how much hard work they can be to perfect but it took only 30 minutes to do and I am well pleased with the finish. To anyone who has ordered and notices the same problem with theirs just persevere nd take your time as any imperfections did not show up on mine when completed. I am very pleased with the item nd would highly reccomend 😄

My product was delayed due to coming by Royal Mail (snail mail), I initially thought as bought on Amazon & I have Prime I would have received faster but no. I have to say it looks good but no instructions so it took 2 of us and wasn’t easy.

I been wanting this sticker replaced for long time but alot cannot do but Fss DID and I wanted the butterfly in grey so paid for 2 so that it could be black and grey just how it was years ago , I'm so grateful to Fss for all they did and the great service etc, even sent preview to make sure as it could of been done in just ordinary lines and not as it is straight together, so happy I got it back on wall thanks to Fss, for great service and great vinyl , would recommend and will be buying more thanks for all.

Delivered with NO instructions, delivered with wrinkles all over the writing!! was unable to peel it off onto the wall, the writing distorted and the only thing the seller said was heat with a hair dryer!! NOT HELPFUL... I've had wall art before from another seller and it was a dream to apply!

I messaged the company with the quote, and they messaged me back with lots of different styles to pick from. Altered the wording slightly, and hey presto! it was ordered. Arrived very quickly (a couple of days before mother's day, which was ideal), but I encountered a problem when putting it up on the wall. Now, I have used decals many times before, so I know how to put them up and expected it to be rather easy, unfortunately though, the wording was not that sticky. I managed to get it up eventually, but for anyone who has not put up a decal would have lost their temper with it (I got quite irritated myself). I did message the company, who were vey friendly and apologetic about it, and said it may have been a manufacturing error as this had never happened before. This is the only reason it doesn't get a higher rating. The decal does look lovely, and my Mother was very pleased with the end result.

The company emails you to get the message you want to write but also collect the colour and style of the writing. I am really happy with my design. It's impressive and unique. The length of the message that a customer is allowed to write is pretty good too! The company emails you back to make sure you're happy with the style choice before printing. I wrote my message in a different language and it was fine too. I would highly recommend, I think it's really good!

I was really excited to receive this as me and my partner had just moved in together and it was “our song”… the customer service was excellent, couldn’t fault it. However when the package arrived, it was very creased and crumpled. It came with no instructions on how to use (some decals use different transfer methods) and I wasn’t looking too confident at doing it… I followed several tutorials off the internet and unfortunately the sticker did not transfer at all, it just made the creases worse and even tore in places. :( very sad that it didn’t work.
