Appliance came a day early and was packed with great care. Everything looks and works like it said in the advertisement. The only problem I had was loosening the blades as they were put on really tight from factory. Took my husband quite some time to get them off. After cleaning it was a bit tricky to set the blades back in properly. However I think as one becomes mor familiar with the process it will become easier. I am absolutely pleased with my purchase and definitely would recommend this to my friends.

I purchased this for my girlfriend for Christmas . She was very upset. It js difficult to use, impossible to work the scales function, struggled with kneading. We tried to pulse a salad and ended up mashing it. We’ll need to test a few more items but for now it is gathering dust. So far the only item that was a success was pastry (although you won’t find anything as simple as pastry in the recipes, or even bread or mashed potatoes).

I bought the product & thought it was great. There’s not as many recipes as I had originally thought & I’m not convinced it did actually update recipes etc. Shopping lists are for Chinese stores not UK. After 4 weeks I got an error message stating that the voltage incapability so I have had to return it. If the above issues were ironed out it was a great product.

I am writting this as i am so terribly dissapointed with the cooker.... My partner bought it for me to safe me time and as i love it ( well my mums one as she has a branded one back in spain where i had been using hers) so to make my life easier as those cookers are brilliant he found this one wich is much more afordlable although very expensive still... The cooker started doing weird things from the start as turning on by itself... not looking for recipies that it had and showing the same recipies whatever you selected healthy recipies or poppular ones... but i thought maybe it was me thinking too much about it... after2-3 days of use i found a little spring that look like the ones you would finde in a pen and i thought hmm how did it get here... then 5th day of using it another one fell from the bit that holds the lid... and i put the lid back on and when i took it off... one of the whole wite bits that hold the lid felt down.... so you cannot use the machine at all! Wich it broked my heart as i said before those machines are incredible... the next problem was trying to send it back.... wich royal mail will not acept it... so after a lot of waiting the lovely employees from amazon helped with other sending options... wich we had to organice and pay for... so honestly i wouldnt recomend it as i want to think we were the unlikely ones... but if i where to buy another one i will save more.money and go for the branded one... wich i know for a fact it lasts for many years.
