These faucets are very good! I love that you don't have to touch them, I opted for the ac adapter rather than use batteries. but that works great as well I have installed 4 of these so far and have one in my home.

Moved into a new, to us, house. The existing faucet would not swivel properly, and I didn't care for the way the hose pulled out. We bought this as a replacement. As easy as it can be to install a faucet when you have to climb under the sink, this faucet went in without any issue. I was replacing the garbage disposal at the same time so that made it easier to not have it in the way. We love the look, it has the right amount of spray, really easy to put the sprayer back in the holder after use, and it is super easy to turn on/off. Two small negatives: 1. It is sometimes a little too easy to turn on/off. With the sensor in the front when you are waving a pan in front of it as you rinse out the pan the water goes off when not desired. Fortunately, just waving your hand or pan across it will turn it back on. 2. The small blue and red lines for cold and hot seem backwards to me. Not really a big deal since we leave it on all the time. Overall, a great faucet and we would purchase again.

Install was fairly simple. Works excellent, just have to get use to the touchless feature

Gimili is located in China. They do not have a good customer service after service, they don't even have a chat or phone number to call. You have to use email and it takes them days to respond. It worked great for 5 months. My faucet's water hose cracked and was leaking like crazy, so I was without a faucet for 2 days. The connection was located behind the sink so there is no way it could have been damaged, it just failed. The plastic just before the connector cracked. I tried to use Flex Seal rubber paint but it didn't work, pressure was too much. I went to Lowes and bought another one. I still have not heard from them for a replacement water hose. I couldn't find one on line or anywhere else. (update: after about a month they finally responded and gave me a new faucet to replace the bad one. But since I already had gone and bought a new one, so I am not going to put this one one because I don't trust the quality or reliability of the product.

Nice item but now they sell other pieces separately which other brands have everything included

We installed a new kitchen faucet and then I saw this one!!! We ordered and swapped out the other one. This is appropriately sized for our double sinks. Looks great abd works so easy!!!

TLDR 5 stars works great. Here's some additional context to my experience: After a couple years, I think the open/close actuator started to act up...in an attempt to fix it I accidentally snapped the "in" side hose connector (unfixable). We were literally one month past warranty, but I reached out to Gimili via their WhatsApp and Email, described how I f*d up, not expecting a reply, but they responded super quick on WhatsApp, and we're also aware of my email (with order # etc). They shipped me a brand new faucet. I noticed that they had also updated their actuator. Just my personal experience, 5 star product 5 star customer service. Btw if your actuator is clicking but the water isn't turning on, there's usually a manual screw (tighten then tighten - probably some gunk in there) but DONT PULL ON THE THING LIKE I DID

It looks good it worked fine for the first few months but then the water control box malfunctioned, not completely satisfied.
