Very comfortable!
I've been using a cpap for a few years - full face mask- and I HATE the lines on my face when I wake up, I also feel it's speeding up the aging process on my face with lines around my mouth / nose. I started using a simple cotton cover but they are thin so, while they help with the lines in the morning they aren't extra comfortable.... THESE ARE VERY SOFT & COMFORTABLE! These help me sleep better and I have zero lines on my face in the morning! One note: they are a terry cloth like fabric so my cpap shows my "mask fit" is not great (<30% out of 100% usually) but my AHI (apnea, hypopnea per hour) has been great - less than 3 every night (6 being the top end of "OK" and my sleep tests show without a cpap I'm 50+). I would definately recommend these over a lesser quality, thin material.

Worthless, so disappointed
Awful, a waste of money (even though they were cheap). Didn't work at ALL.

Leaks
I tried these covers hoping they would help stop the leak I sometimes get from my mask. They are soft, comfortable and do fit well. Sadly they did not help stop the leak. I didn't really expect them to totally stop the leak, I was hoping it might dissipate the air enough that I wouldn't notice if it leaked quite as much. however they did not. They actually made the leak worse. I could feel it more and really hear it leaking more. I don't have a problem with red marks or irritation from my mask, just a slight leak near every now and again if I move wrong. If you want these more for comfort and less for sealing, they would probably suit you needs. They just did not help with my issue even though they are advertised to reduce leaks. I will be returning them.

Third review: showed these to my doctor
Third review: I just had my first annual visit with my pulmonologist who does the prescribing for my BiPAP. He’s also a PAP user, so he knows the frustrations we go through. I sometimes do get the red sad face on my ResMed machine in the morning using these. Prior to using something between the mask and my skin I had leaks all the time where I had air leaks making squeaky noises or blowing air into my eyes, etc. I would wake up and sometimes had a hard time getting back to sleep. I was concerned about the “red sad face” readings. My doc read my SD chip and told me that in fact I did have occasional leaks on some nights and they were enough to trigger the “red sad face”, but on average my readings are still quite good. These coverings have improved my sleep. I NEVER wake up any more during the night because of face mask leaks, even the leaks that cause the “red sad face”. He originally recommended the RemZZZs to me. But he was completely fine with me continuing to use these mask liners. While I still have some leaks, it is still far fewer than with no mask cover and I’m sleeping better. He wanted me to show him where to find these on Amazon so he could tell other patients about them. I think I bought my original set 8 or 9 months ago and I’m still using them. The price has gone down several dollars. A few of them are showing a little wear, but they all still work just fine. They’ve all been washed many times. The elastic in each one is still hanging in there. Still, I’m thinking about buying another set at the new, lower price. Revised review: Before I threw these away, I washed them all a second time with no detergent. After the skin on the bridge of my nose healed, I tried again. I had better luck this time. They certainly seem softer after several washings and I’ve not had any trouble with them now. So my recommendation is now revised. If you have the least bit of skin irritation, wash them a few times first. I don’t know if there was some kind of chemical that was used in the making of the cloth or what, but my skin originally wasn’t happy. Washing them a couple of times took care of the problem for me and I now do use them every night with my BiPAP machine without problem. I just wish I didn’t have to go through the initial problems. Live and learn. Original review: I can’t recommend these. They might work fine for others. But I can’t say I have sensitive skin. I washed these before using them. After using them for a few nights the skin on the bridge of my nose was rubbed raw. It wasn’t because I had the mask on too tight. In fact, I loosened the mask considerably, up to the point where the seal between the mask and my skin was leaky. So these just didn’t work for me. Perhaps they will work just fine for you. But I wanted to let people know of my experience. I’ve used RemZZZ before, but I hated the cost and the wastefulness of them. These at least seemed like they would be reusable. They washed up just fine. I line dried them. They seem to be well made. I just don’t know why they caused the problem with my skin. I’m still waiting for it to heal.

Does not work
This product does have its pros and cons. The material is very soft and would be extremely comfortable for certain people (thus the 2 stars). However, using the product may cause leakage and skin irritation. I had nothing but leakage ever since the first use. It did not matter how tight I tried to get the mask; I could not get the mask to seal. My air leakage went from 23.3 to 28.7 thus making treatment less effective. Also with the skin irritation, some could have reactions to the material. I’ve been itching ever since I’ve used it. Unfortunately I will discontinue use as the silicone is more effective, I’ll just have to deal with the annoyance. It’s a nice idea, and could be in favor to some people, tread carefully when shopping around for items.

The covers fit my mask and cover the plastic entirely. Much better than the blue/grey fabric ones which I returned. The marks on my nose and cheeks are gone (with exception of the time I slept on my stomach)!!! Didn’t help with leaks mask still leaks minimally depending on which way I’m sleeping.

Ne se met pas sur tous les masques d'air de CPAP. Ils sont supposé arrêter les fuites d'air, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
