Good product and supportive customer service We have been using the AGARO Imperial Electric Pressure Cooker (6 litres) for around 2 years. The cooker is very useful for daily cooking. The preset modes are convenient and the capacity is good for a family. Overall, the product worked well for us during regular use. After about 2 years of usage, we started getting a “LID” error and the cooker stopped working. We contacted customer care, and Payel Ghosh from the support team helped us through the replacement process. The cooker was replaced by the customer care team after we paid ₹4,500 for the replacement. The process was handled properly and the service was decent and responsive. Overall, the product is good and the after-sales service support was satisfactory.

The product is very useful and the support from Agaro is very good. My product stopped working and Payel Ghosh from Agaro helped and replaced it promptly.

Easy to clean, easy to use, makes perfectly cooked food effortlessly. Also comes with a manual with different settings like “fall off the bone meat” which is exactly what it delivers. Easy cooks for a large group because of the size of the pot with very little monitoring needed.

You people must know that although Agaro has a wide variety of choices available across the product line but they lack in after sales service pathetically. They do not have a dedicated customer support. They rather have outsourced their customer support to a company called USL as a result of which the people sitting there don't have any knowledge about any product neither they can offer you any satisfactory solution. when my imperial electrical pressure cooker one button of Rice didn't work, they told me they don't have technician available so I should get it repaired by a local technician, if not I can replace the product at 4500/- when I try calling them none of them including their so called supervisor Ms. Suchandra also doesnot pick the call. Now how wud I be assured that the product will be delivered after making the payment that to on a link sent to me by the USL,specially when there are so many cyber frauds are happening now a days. So I asked I want to opt for COD. But then again no reply from them. So before buying anything from Agaro remember if it malfunctions then you lose completely.
