Works as it should

Solid bit of kit. The Amazon Basics 'purple' resistance and pull up band rated at 18 to 36kg is excellent quality for the price. I use it mainly for stretching and mobility work after gym sessions and it’s spot on. Plenty of resistance without feeling harsh, smooth tension, and it hasn’t lost shape or elasticity. Ideal for post workout recovery, assisted stretches and general flexibility work. Simple, durable and does exactly what it’s meant to. Has a nice thickness and feel and is long enough to complete seated soleus stretches using plantarflexion assistance.

Perfect my go to exercise (Calithenics)

Good for assisted pull ups and other exercises. I've used it for a few weeks only, but the product quality looks definitely good.

Helped to rebuild my leg muscles.

Not useful for what I wanted but seems like a decent product.

Bought the second strongest band for pull ups and face pulls (for rear delts). Aided pull ups are good for all types of folks, whether you can do 1 pull up or 30 pull ups, there's still a place for them. I usually use them as an accessory to unassisted pull ups, it allows it to widen my grip. I've also used these for face pulls, I find them to be the perfect resistance. They are slightly too weak for tricep extensions though.

Good resistance. It helps with low intensity adductor exercise in my case. You have to carefully choose which rubber band suits you the best for each type of routine. This is not for biceps I suppose. I like the product and will buy different weight ranges in the future.

J'ai commencé par des tractions à la machine, mais j'ai fini par arriver au poids maximum que je pouvais charger sans casser le câble (50kgs) Je'ai donc voulu commencer les tractions, mais faisant 85kgs, je n'arrivais pas à en aligner plus de 2 au poids du corps. Grâce l'élastique je peux faire mes séances de tractions en prise large en 6x10 reps sans trop de soucis. Et je sens biens les muscles du dos travailler et se congestionner. L'élastique est solide, décharge suffisamment de poids pour débuter et s'installe très facilement.

After reading the reviews and doing my research I decided to purchase this piece of equipment. I purchase the 40-80 lbs band. Not to use to lift my body, because we both know the band has to be stronger and thicker to hold a person. I use this band for yoga and Pilate. It is amazing!!! To be honest this is the only band you will need to do all your strengthening exercises. However, I couldn't resist and went overboard with purchasing workout bands. Give this band a try it's affordable and gets the job done.
