We got this scanner for our small volunteer library, to scan printed barcode labels. We got a 1D scanner for about $20 that worked fine on commercially printed barcodes, but really struggled with our barcodes printed off a home printer. This scanner reads the home-printed barcodes instantly.

I accidentally deconfigured the device, contacted support on the official website and received help in a short time.
