I think this is one of My Husband’s favorite gifts I’ve ever bought him. He no longer has to pull over to check on the horses or the cows. It works great even in the dark.

These worked wonderfully for a few hours. We tried hardwiring the rear hitch camera for constant power but it wouldnt work to keep the battery camera on, once the battery was drained which only took a few hours it would shut off. We were traveling across country relocating and hoped it would provide a view on our hitch the whole way but only worked great for a few hours. We eventually returned them but cant say many bad things about them other than the batter needs to be able to last more than a few hours on the road.

Clear picture. Easy to use. Well made product. Highly recommend.

By all accounts this should do what I want. Using it to help center a gooseneck hitch trailer, checking a load on short hauls, and helping line up a 3 point hitch from inside the cab of a tractor without getting up and out over and over again. Use has been fine. Its not perfect but its not permanent which I like so I can use it between different vehicles and different applications. I dont need it for hours on end just short hauls to repair shop or when hooking up. Battery life is short but its not bad for my needs (so far There's just one little problem The plastic cover on the suction cup of the mount. Whatever they used to put it on has basically glued that cover on to the rubber or the rubber has melted to the cover. Even if rip the cover off with a pair of pliers the rubber will be quite unusable for repeat placement. This sucks as it means I have to find some alternative way of mounting this in the various vehicles and that gets annoying fast Wish I could get a replacement mount

I bought this to be able to see a small cargo trailer towed behind my 2004 Sprinter RV. With mirrors alone, the trailer is invisible except when going around corners. While it's called a Backup Camera, I keep it on all the time (when towing the trailer) and use is as a rear view mirror. It works perfectly for this. Edit after owning ten months: The only problem I've had with this item is with the adhesive used to attach the monitor to the windshield. The adhesive simply gave up, and the monitor dropped onto the dashboard. I was left with a very nasty sticky mess on the windshield where it was mounted. This came off using a razor blade, then scrubbing the area with a paper towel moistened with gasoline. I'm not sure what to do with the part that attaches to the monitor, which is still a sticky mess. This is an area where the manufacturer can make an improvement.

Useless. I expected this to be a fully autonomous camera that would turn on whenever I needed it (backing up). Problem is that the battery doesn’t last less than a couple hours. If you want to go and turn it on each time you back up and then turn it off when done, then this would work for you. Not for me! It’s ridiculous that you can’t leave it for a number of days and have it available when you back up.

Magnets are weak, picture is very clean and crisp. Wish they were solar.

So far I've used this in 2 different horse trailers on 6+ hour drives and it worked perfectly. I bought little magnets and stuck them to the wall to hold up the camera. Good view and super easy to use.

Only used once, but so far very happy with my purchase. It was fun spying on my horses. Our trailer is aluminum walls so had to add some self adhesive metal plates in order for the camera to hold to the wall. But it was an easy thing to do. As for the reverse camera for the back of the trailer we put it on when needed. I’m a bit nervous about it falling off while traveling. So far very happy with it.
