Excellent product
I purchased an LCD clock on purpose. The letters are large, sharp, and easy to see. The new color displays are too busy and seems that the Chinese manufacturers who make them are trying to out-do their competitors with what they can stuff on an already over-stuffed, busy, and hard to read display. This product designed by LaCrosse is a home run if all you are interested in is the time down the second, day, month, date, and moon phase. The remote sensor has a very long range and the clock picked it up almost instantly. The clock received WWV easily the first try and keeps itself accurate to the second. Yes, there are certain things that people do that rely on time accurate to the second, so it's an important function. If you want something that works, that is easy to see across the room, and will work for years, I recommend this model from LaCrosse.

Great Weather Station!
Have purchased several of these for myself and others. They work great and all those I have purchased use the TX141 Series sensors. They are backwards compatible which make these particular model clocks even better. One sensor works multiple clocks so I always have a backup if needed. Great value for a quality product!!

Easy to program, and view.
Our last Atomic/Satellite Clock lasted over 10 years. I have high hopes for this valuable clock. It looks pretty nice, it’s easy to set, and the numbers are large enough to view at a distance. I would gladly purchase again.

Good, but could be great
This digital clock works pretty much as expected. The time, date, temperatures, and moon phases are all laid out in sizes proportional to how often I expect to need the info. Time is largest, temperature second largest, etc. It was my favorite layout of all of these devices. Functionally, it generally worked as expected. When I first powered it up, I had to place it in a western facing window to synch with the Colorado atomic clock signal. (I think it's kind of funny that they call the receiver the atomic clock. It isn't!) It would not find the signal from my northeast window. But once I synched it in the west window, it seems to keep the signal locked in from the northeast side of my house. It also found my neighbor's outdoor temperature sensor - so apparently the outdoor thermometer transmits on a pretty common frequency. But once I synched it to mine, it's held that for the last month. As far as overall design, this is where I have a problem with the unit. The unit itself is 8 1/2 x 11. But the actual display is only 4 1/2 x 7. There is a stupidly wasteful 2" plastic border on each side. They could have easily made the display bigger, and doing so would have made it much easier to read. The other really dumb design error is the moon phase display. Here, it is REVERSED from what is intuitive. The display of the parts of the moon that are in the sun (bright) are.... DARK on the unit. I guess that the designers decided that sunlight = display on, which is black. I have to do a mental reversal every time I want to see the moon phase. They need to rethink this - or have a switch to match reality.

Keeps perfect time
Love these clocks - this was my third one. Connects to the atomic clock easily and they are always on the right time and date. They all changed to daylight savings automatically on the right day. The display is easy to see, and the battery lasts long, (I only have to change it once a year). Highly recommend getting one.

the atomic clock feature works
The clock works fine for now. It is the third one I have bought, the first from Amazon. The first of this brand lasted for years but was hard to set & didn't automatically reset for changing time. The second one was easier to set up and had several automatic features, but it only lasted a couple of years. This one was easier to get set up (still not really simple), is missing some features the others had related to weather, but has the moon stages (weird that the light area represents the unseen section of the moon, & the dark area represents the seen portion), now if it will last more than 2 years.

Not very pleased with this clock, it does not always register temperature! It loses contact with sensor unit!
