Kronenburg Handel Hammock for Several People 210 x 150 cm Red

This is a great hammock - comfortable and strong. Nice and wide. My 2 year old loves hanging out in it and it is fairly stable - not like the 'cartoon hammock' nonsense. You have to try fairly hard to fall out of this! A great addition to that shady spot under your tree.

Bought as an extra sleeping space in a van. I have used two shackles and two staple plates bolted to van frame 3 metres apart. This gives enough sag in the hammock to be comfortable. Feels good quality and I'm 6'5" and fit comfortably, at a push its a two person hammock with myself. However sitting sideways on it you would get 4+ people using it as a swing seat.

I really like this hammock but i was abit disappointed that it didn't came with the bag that most of them hammock come in It does hold just around 3 people so i would say just about 300kg But for one person is perfect. Just maybe one problem that I haven't solved yet When i got hammock up in between the trees it kept on turning to one side so if i was to lay down it will allways turn to the left side and even if i would try position my self in the middle buy pulling each sides it would allways still turning other way as if i was just about to fall down I have tried everything but didn't seem to be working but apart from that I'm really happy with the product and ohh boy it was fun sleeping in one of them. So I guess no more tents for me i'm hucked up on hammocks now ✌🏻️🙃

Brought this more or less on a whim and haven't regretted it. It fits two adults lying down, it looks very cool and my son and I have had such a laugh with it! I got a hook set with it and as a result I can put it up and down in seconds which is very important with Irish weather! I want to be fair and have been trying to think of a negative thought to give a fair review but honestly I can't!

Love this hammock! Large enough for 2 to lie in,or 3 to sit and swing in. Well made & sturdy. Bought with 2 Smartropes as trees our are quite far apart- super easy to put up & take down. Our favourite family purchase of the year - nothing better than lying in the hammock in the afternoon sun- whole family loves it!

I'm going to give this 5 stars instead of 4 because the only thing i would mark it down for is due to my own lack of hammock knowledge so it's not the seller's fault. Basically I cut a few of the strings to make this into a 1 man hammock (which has the added benefit of the loose fabric being a small optional blanket now). The thing to bear in mind for this hammock is that it doesn't have the wooden bar holding either end open. This results in the hammock cocooning you if you get in it alone. Like it literally folds completely over you like a perfect cocoon (which would be excellent for camping). It's easy to cut some strings though and turn it into a 1-man like i did (you can always just re-tie the string!). The quality of the fabric and strength seems great. Honestly this might be one of the greatest things i've ever bought. I tied up a rig that allows me to clip and un-clip the hammock with ease for when it rains and swinging in a hammock in the sun is definitely an under-rated pleasure in life! :)

Absolutely useless straps. Came with no instructions and there's no way of taking up slack or holding tension. You need two perfectly spaced trees and the carabiners don't fit over the hammock rope.

This hammock is only a year old (we've had others last years and years) and today the ropes snapped. Not hugely impressed. Also I agree with the other reviewer who said about it being a cocoon. We won't be buying another.
