Well constructed and very Strong and very well made

These are the best value padlocks I have found. They're so solid, I bought them for the garden sheds to replace the key ones since multiple people in the house use them. Being able to set the combination is a handy feature, I could set them to something all the users can remember. I think you would need a grinder or something to hack off that lock because the design is too secure for an opportunist. It's only been in use for a few months now and there is no sign of rust or weathering, I'll update the review if that changes, but so far it's weatherproof.

I bought 3 for outdoor use. Good for rain resistant as there's no rust so far, the slide button on the outside broke off on 2 of them but the combination is tight and the rest is well made

AVOID - THESE LOCKS ARE A NIGHTMARE I bought two of these locks for a metallic bike shed and I had issues with them from the very beginning. LOCK 1 - The locks come with a preset code and even though I tried and tried and tried to unlock the lock from its packaging, the code provided did not seem to work. I tried the code time and time again and it just would not open. It got to the point that I had no option but to contact the seller explaining the issue. 3-4 days later, I have not heard back from them. In the end, and after many attempts over several hours of trying I was able to open the lock using the code provided, but it remains very temperamental, opening some times and not others. I am being extremely precise in entering the code so this is very much NOT a user error. That’s one lock. LOCK 2 - I had no issues initially opening the lock and removing it from the package. Worked first time. I changed the code to my own code which was pretty straight forward - although you do need to use a QR code to get the instructions. The lock worked fine with the new code so I tried it on the shed and WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Locked the shed. All good. Tried opening it and the code would not open. Again tried time and time again and kept having the same issue as with the first lock. It just would not open even though I was using the correct code. It got to the point where I was really concerned that I had just locked myself out of my bike shed forever. I must have tried 20-30 times, using the code, failing to be able to open it. Eventually, it opened. Using exactly the same code/approach I had previously used countless of times. OUTCOME: I now have 2 locks that I have managed to open, BUT TOO SCARED TO USE THEM, because I cannot be sure that I will be able to open them when I need to. I have the same issue with both locks, so it looks like it is a design issue. I am also very disappointed that the vendor never responded to my issue.

A very good and strong padlock

Not as impressed as I hoped I would be, it is very secure and sturdy, however you have to be extremely accurate when putting the numbers in, they must be bang on in the middle of the dial, it's also quite difficult to see the numbers unless it is very bright, they are quite small and not very brightly marked, and it is very easy to make the mistake of looking at the back of the padlock rather than the front. We bought this for a shared entry system, and some of the residents complained that they had to go and get their reading glasses to open it, and others couldn't work it at all.

Seems very solid, it’s easy to use, very straightforward instructions, size is good, look good, I do believe that would be weatherproof, the time would show, it’s locking the garage door at the moment, does the job!
