lovely dress pattern which i am working on now, i always wanted to get back to dressmaking, i am in my 50's and when i was at school, i had two offers one to go to secretarial college, or the other to go up london to college to learn more dressmaking as i was the best in my class and was making jackets and dresses when i was 13 and 14 years of age,i loved dressmaking. but my mother said that secretarial would be the best so i took her advice, although i dont regret it, it continued to make clothes for myself well into my 30/40s for myself and design them and wear them. now i wish to throw back the years and get back to dressmaking again lovely.

Great pattern for novice to more experienced skill level. Clear, detailed instructions which are easy to follow.

Very nice pattern. I used it for my first dress after 10years break and found it fun to sew. It was not always easy to follow the instructions but worth it as the dress is really beautiful. I used size 12 (I am 12 or 14) and it is perfect for me. I used 100% cotton material and sewn in an invisible zipper. I also sewn in some flower petals which made dress even more elegant. Very happy with the pattern and would recommend to those who have some skills in sewing.

Very pleased with this pattern. Great choice of different dresses to make in a number of sizes. Instructions on how to make up the dresses is very informative and easy to understand.

Found this style had too many pieces and I think a bit fiddly to put together, I purchased expensive fabric to make this one but the test will be when I wear it to the office and find out the reaction from my fellow workmates to give me their verdict on the finished article. I don't think I will be using this pattern again.

Loved the pattern of the red and white dress as soon as I saw it. I increased the length of the body which was easy to do. Nearly finished it.

I made this dress for Ascot. I used the style E. It was one of the first ones I've made to completion! I made it a size bigger than my normal size as I find generally patterns come up small. I didn't need to take this in at all so glad I chose the bigger size. I made some adjustments - with the binding (I used biased binding) and didn't do the pockets - because I thought it would make it too bulky for my finished idea. I found some of the instructions confusing but this may have been me over complicating things! I also made a red netted petticoat to wear underneath & show a splash of colour when I moved. A really Lovely dress & I felt fab in it!

I have purchased this dress in very party like fabrics which is extremely flattering so I am very excited to be able to create my own for many occasions.

Mönstrets halshål är för stort. Behåns axelband visas. Det krävs stor sömnadsvana för att skapa en figursydd klänning. Jag fick göra 2 toaller. Ärmarna är proportionellt större på mönstrets bild än i verkligheten. Ärmarna gjorde jag om nästan helt innan jag blev nöjd. Även halshålet minskades så behå-banden inte syntes. Jag är skeptisk till köp av andra mönster av denna tillverkare.
