It is a wheel protector spray that coats alloys and stops the brake dust binding to the wheels, instead binding to this spray coating between washes. It isn't a self auto cleaner for wheels that requires you the driver to wash them before spraying. The only way to STOP brake dust build up is NOT to drive your car people !!!!, also if you stop driving and making brake dust on the wheels you will save THOUSANDS £££££ by not having to buy fuel, insurance, tax etc ;-).

I was pleased to see that this product protects alloy wheels longer than I was expecting, easily 3-4 weeks and more. Easily applied and washing the wheels is a lot less work.

I brought wax to start with, quickly thought sod this I can't be arsed with that - life is to short! And gave this a go... I gotta say forget any bad reviews prior to this, they just applied it badly! I have a Mx5 Mk3 with hyper silver alloys and is my pride and joy, dirt, dust etc gets on my nerves. I clean my car every weekend with out fail and the one thing that pisses me off is 2-3 days of driving hard the front wheels are black! This spray is the elephants dangle!!! If you follow the instructions it really works very well!! I didn't at first and sprayed it on where there was water I couldn't see and its a sight to see when that spray does come into contact, the water runs away like a a rat off a sinking ship, any surplus water just bolts south at speed to!!!!! See pic, after one weeks hard driving. (note the dark spots, cause the wheel wasn't dry enough when applied). I get three goes out of one tin for four wheels, and my wheels look from a glance new 7 days of the week...

Its ok does not repel dirt and grime that much ,maybe i was expecting too much i will wax polish the wheels in future

Easy to apply, leave wheels nice and shiney when applied. Takes 24 hours to fully dry and if you use a lot it will run onto the bottom of the tire that will need wiping away otherwise it leaves a white mark. This is stated in the instructions but worth noting.

Followed instructions, simple to use but appears to leave white streaks and clouding.

I've just had my first weekend test of this product and I have to say I'm impressed for once. I've tried a couple of different sprays that purport to protect my wheels from brake dust and road grime, but this is the first that's actually given a positive result! I cleaned my wheels on Thursday night, dried them and then applied this Armor All spray across the face of my alloys. The can recommends curing for an hour before drying, but best results come from an overnight dry. So I left my car alone until Friday evening, since then we've been 100 miles on dual carriageways, through Derbyshire country lanes and in stop-start traffic. Lots of brake being used. It's also very damp and dirty being autumn. The result from an average weekend would be very black dirty wheels, but I am honestly blown away by how clean they are - this stuff works! My search is over and I'll be keeping this product in my detailing kit as final stage for every clean I do.

Really does make wheels easier to clean. Easy to apply. Lasts a good few weeks. Recommended for those who like to keep their wheels looking new.
