Spanarci has put a lot of focus on this unit to be extremely user friendly and versatile and it shows in practice. The safety features built into the unit make it such that in any situation, both the unit itself and your vehicle are protected from damage. The unit has a bright colorful LCD display that shows the unit function and battery life. This display does a good job communicating the status of the unit without the need for a troubleshooting guide like other units that use flashing lights and beeps to communicate status. After spending some time with the unit, it is evident that the company has packed a lot of features and functionality into this jump starter to make it very intuitive to use. This is also the first jump starter I've used that has a smart boost system. Given the thought put into the development of this unit, the ease of use of this product is above all others that I have used so far. I see myself gifting one of these to my grandparents as well, given the great usability that the Zeta 2000 has, I have confidence that they would have no trouble understanding how to use it. Features The smart boost feature makes this unit incredibly easy to use. All you have to do is connect the jumper cables to the battery, and the car is ready to start. In the case the voltage is too low to use this feature (the start text will light up yellow -I have included a picture of this-, or in extreme low voltage cases not at all), all you have to do is hold down the power and flashlight button to enter boost override mode. This will allow the unit to bypass the battery detection function to start a car with a very dead battery. This has proven very useful to me, as one of my jump starters that I have from another brand will not function at all in this situation with a very dead battery, only giving a beep / flash to indicate an error. As far as errors go on the Zeta 2000, this unit does a good job of having safety features to protect both the car and the unit from damage. It protects from overcharge / discharge (lithium batteries can be difficult if they are run completely dry of power), overcurrent/ short circuit, overheating and reverse polarity. All of these features work together to make this unit incredibly user friendly and safe to use. What is even better about these safety features, is the way that the unit tells the user the error it is encountering so it can be easily addressed. It is so annoying with my units from other brands that will just beep or flash without any indication of what is going on, and one has to go find the user manual to try to understand the error. This is not the case on the Zeta 2000. Other Functionality The Zeta 2000 increases its utility with the ability to provide more functions than just starting a car. Having 12,000mAh of power, this unit makes a great battery bank as well. The included USB ports make it so that you can either charge any USB-A/USB-C device (phones, cameras, drones etc.). To illuminate the work area, the unit comes with a powerful 300 lumen flashlight with a nice flood pattern. This wide pattern makes the light very useful at night, and it also proved useful for me during a recent power outage to see around the house. We tend to lose our power quite frequently, so the second the power goes out the whole family goes looking for these jump starters to power their devices. So, this jump starter makes a great item to have in a vehicle emergency kit, around the house, or in a travel kit for camping.

Good value jump starter, it can jump my Dodge minivan with the 3.6 v6 no problem. I like the LCD display and the clamps and buttons feel good. A lot of People complaining about it not coming with a wall or car adapter. It comes with the 2 cables, USB-A to C and a type C to C connector. You can charge it with any common phone adapter like the 20w iPhone or 25w Samsung, or even use a Laptop charger that has a usb c connection. I use my Lenovo 45w charger and it charged it in about an hour. Keep in mind the battery's max input is 30w and it lets you know if you are fast charging with an icon on the screen. It is also a great price at about $60 on sale at the time of writing. It is great quality for the price. One thing I wish it had was a voltage reader on the LCD screen, to let me know the battery voltage and if the alternator is charging the battery after i start the car. Overall good product and good price. UPDATE 12/23/22 My father's car wouldn't start because it was too cold. (-10F degrees), so I hooked the jump starter up, which had been sitting in his trunk for about a month, so it was also frozen along with the car batter. I went to start it, and cranked and wouldn't start. I'm guessing the unit and the lithium ion batteries were too cold. I tried about 3 more times and too my surprise it started! It was a little 2.4 4 cylinder engine. Keep in my mind that the listing only advertises down to 14F degrees of operating temperature, and I used in weather 30 degrees colder and it still worked. It also kept its full 100% charge when it was sitting for a month in the cold. I assume it would have started the car on the first try if it was at room temperature. But I guess cranking the car over heated the battery up so it worked anyway. Great performance in real life scenario, however I doubt it would be able to start a diesel in those conditions and it would defiantly struggle with something like a V8. But it exceeded it's own expectations so I'm satisfied. Still 5 stars.
