Original Kinoki Detox Foot Pads - Vital Plaster for Feet - Economy Pack of 5 = 50

I love these! I’ve decided to use every night until I see the patches clean in the morning if that’s possible. After my flight ankle was swollen, this has helped to reduce it. I just feel so much weller, if that’s a word! I’ve just received more. I have arthritis in the spine and it’s helped to ease it. I’m mounting the stairs upright. A shoulder injury has subsided in aching when I move it. I’m sleeping better. I feel more positive and calmer. A feeling of well being. Been using about 9 weeks most nights. Starting to see much lighter black and even some white patches in the morning. But I also eat fruit on an empty tummy in the morning which I think is working miracles too!

I use Kinoki foot pads every night, they help improve my sleep and the skin on my feet is smoother and healthier, no longer flaky and itchy. After using them on and off for a few years I have realised that some work better than others, so now I reorder with the same supplier. Some are sent with flat boxes alongside the contents and I have found these to fall off during the night and have little effect.

Shame that 2 out of the 5 boxes all had the pads stuck together so unable to use. Came very quickly

Not what was expected. Firstly the pads used to secure the detox pad leave the foot with loads of sticky residue ( not from the detox from the securing patch ) I walked out of bed and left a trail of sticky throughout my carpet and it could only be removed from my feet with nail polish remover. The black that is left on the pad is the same every night and an indication it is just like a tea bag and would release this colour regardless of how it get moisture . No miracle health effects , no amazing nights sleep and after reading several articles ( should have done my research first ) these pads have no proven health effects and those reporting otherwise have bought into a plasibo effect .

Wouldn't have any other detox patches, have tried others but the adhesion isn't nowhere near as good or the amount of muck they drag out of your feet, just amazing well done 👍

They are really good for detox.Those patches work subtly so if one expects a miracle while still not tackling the basics like diet,exercising,healthy lifestyle than definitely those detox patches will not work for them.They enhance detox process but as far as to my knowledge they work more on energitical level (than to what the manufacturer claims) to stimulate liver and kidneys main elimination body system energetically so meridians to get the detox going and be more effective.It is especially important when body is in parasympathetic mode so in a very relaxed state when most healing occurs(best during sleep at night).For me it's not a placebo and I already see improvement in a way I feel during the day.They are definitely doing something.I recommend and as they work very gently one needs to be consistent with using it to see results.
