This shirt stay will work mostly when you are standing up. But if your job requires you to sit down. It will ride up and will occasionally show up on your back. Or if you have some belly. Make sure put the latch on your side or back it will dig in if you place it in front. Over all this is a great shirt stay that provide convinience, compare to the other shirt stays that needs some time to setup. But as i said this works great base on how you need it. And standing up will works best for this one. If you sit down alot, there are better option but required some setting up.
